- SmartBizGo is provided free, “as is”, without warranties. We may change or stop features.
- You must be 18+ and use it for a lawful business.
- You are responsible for your bookings, services, prices, taxes and invoices, and for having a lawful basis to store your clients’ details.
- Bookings made through SmartBizGo are between you and your client. We are not a party to them.
- SmartBizGo does not process payments. Invoices are records you send; payment happens directly between you and your client.
- Don’t use SmartBizGo for spam, adult, illegal or harmful services. We may suspend accounts that do.
- Free usage limits may be introduced for very high volume in future, with notice. Your data stays exportable.
- To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us (currently zero). Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
