These terms apply when a business uses SmartBizGo to store personal data about its clients.
- Roles: the business is the controller; SmartBizGo is the processor.
- Instructions: we process client data only to provide the service (booking pages, emails, reminders, invoices, exports).
- Confidentiality and security: access is limited and each business’s data is isolated; we use encrypted connections, hashed passwords and daily backups.
- Sub-processors: our hosting provider and email delivery on our server.
- Assistance: businesses can export and delete data themselves; we help with requests via the contact page.
- Deletion: on account deletion data is removed immediately and from backups within 7 days.
- Breaches: we will notify affected businesses without undue delay.
